Hourly Rate - From 1st January 2011 all non-business customers receive the discounted rate of £25.00 for the first hour, £20 per additional hour for trouble shooting and tuition services. Please note that the standard rate which applies for businesses users is currently £30.00 per hour.
Call Out Charge - There are no 'Call Out' charges and no 'Travelling Expenses' to pay if your computer is located within Derwentside. Outside of Derwentside a minimal charge of 50% of my hourly rate is applied for the duration of travel to and from the location of your computer.
Workshop Costs - All service work carried out in the workshop is charged at £15 per hour plus any additional costs for hardware or software installed.
